Vendor Booth Rental Registration
This event will be held in the parking lot of
Meyerland Middle School for the Performing and Visual Arts
located at 10410 Manhattan Drive, 77096.
*100% of all money raised from Booth Space Rentals will benefit
the MPVA Orchestra program.
In order to provide an even better event experience this year,
we listened to feedback and have made some updates
to this year's event!
What are they, you ask?
First... This year there are multiple Booth Space sizes available. The majority of spaces are approximately 13'x15' and rent for ONLY $30! That's $5 less than last year! Larger spaces rent for $45-$75, but are very limited.
Second...
This year we have a designated area reserved specifically for our Artists & Makers, as we hope to encourage patrons to linger and get to know our local creatives. Don't fret if you have BOTH artistic creations to sell AND yardsale treasurers to offer. You can rent one booth to accommodate BOTH ambitions! Spaces are limited so don't wait.
Third...
This year YOU can select the preferred location for your Booth! It is first come, first serve though... so do NOT procrastinate.
Also...
This year we plan to have a food truck or two at the event... yummy & handy for Vendors who woke up before the sun came up!

If YOU may have recently decluttered your personal spaces and have items & treasures needing "new homes," please consider donating those items in good condition to our the MPVA Orchestra. All items will be sold in the OPA Sales Booth or Online. All money raised from any sale will be used to benefit the MPVA Orchestra program.
Below is a list of upcoming Donation Drop-off days. Donations should be dropped off at the BACK of Meyerland MS parking lot (follow the signs).
Monday, Feb 9th: 9-10 AM & 4:30-5:30 PM
Saturday, Feb 28th: 10 AM-12 PM
Monday, March 16th: 9-10 AM & 4:30-5:30 PM
