Host a Social for OPA

A social is a great way to raise funds for the MPVA Orchestra Program, and a fun opportunity to get to know other families in the Orchestra Community. 100% of the proceeds from socials go back to MPVA OPA. Socials are hosted by Orchestra families and can be for adults, kids or both.
A social can be any kind of event that can be done in a group. A game night, a workshop, a crafting event, a wine tasting, a pool party, a private concert, etc.
The hosts sets the date, price, number of attendees, and cover the cost of the event. Events can be open to all or specific grade levels. The last day to submit a social for hosting is Sunday, September 20th, 2026.
Socials will be held in October, November, December, & January.
If Fall Socials are Popular, we'll launch another round in the Spring.
Socials will tentatively go on sale on Thursday, September 24th.
